1. Acceptance of the Sales Conditions
Filling in the order form and confirming the placed order therefore implies the Customer’s total awareness and acceptance of the General Sales Conditions.
a - After choosing the item(s) you wish to buy, click on the link “Add to Shopping Cart” above the cart picture and confirm by clicking on the link "Ordering".
b - Confirm your order.
c - For product delivery, a simple form will have to be filled in. If you are a first time client, you will have to create in a very first stage a user account (choose a login and a password) which will avoid you filling in the form when purchasing again with us (you will only have to write down your login and password). Validate your form. You can also choose to send your order to another address to make a present.
d – Payment of the product: the price charged to the Customer is the one which appears on the Order Confirmation. The price for the order is paid cash with order. The payment is made by Bank cheque, Bank transfert or Credit Card.
e – You will receive straightaway your invoice in an e-mail message containing details of the relevant order (price, quantities and Product characteristics).
f - Shipment will be carried out when your payment is registered by the bank.
g - Les systèmes d'enregistrement automatique sont considérés comme valant preuve de la commande qui devient définitive après confirmation de la commande.
h - The pictures shown on our Internet Website do not apply for a contractual commitment.
The price that appears on the Order Confirmation is the total price and is inclusive of tax (including VAT and shipping costs). Some customs duties might be charged to the Customer upon arrival.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs are to be foreseen for every order, which will automatically be calculated in your cart. Delivery in Europe only and a delivery time of 3/5 days is expected after registering your payment. The delivery address must not be a post office box (POB): in such a case, the order would not be taken into consideration. For delivery outside Europe, please contact Adevaya.
Shipping is by La Poste Colissimo With tracking and Signature.

5. Return policy
The Customer is able to return his/her purchase within 7 working days upon receipt of the parcel. The return delivery charges will be at the Customer’s own cost.
Any claim which is not resolved out by amicable agreement between the parties will be settled by the Court of Foix (France).
The provided information regarding your personal data related to the sole purpose of remote purchase is compulsory. Those data are necessary for processing, delivering goods and drawing up invoices. The lack of information would lead to not take into consideration the Customer’s order.
